Over the past decade I have worked in product teams for large organizations and ambitious startups and both had one thing in common; They constantly innovate by shipping new features regularly while iterating quickly and validating each step of the way.  

The most successful of not only see UX  and product design as a part of a process, they leverage it as a valuable framework.  I founded Crown and Mane out of the idea that good design puts users at the center by framing problems and iterating through design solutions quickly and validating your design decision often.
